Jennifer Patterson

I studied biology as a graduate student and I have a PhD in evolutionary biology. I know first hand how students and scientists can gloss over the foundations of where knowledge comes from. I have come so very far from where I was as a biologist all those years ago, seeped in a materialist worldview. I'm glad I learned through that route though. I love what I do now and I'm going deeper and deeper into consciousness and spirituality these days much to my own joy.

Specialty/Focus:

I'm an Internal Family Systems Practitioner, which means I help you navigate the intricacy of your psyche by getting to know parts and helping them out. Most of us have an inner critic, for example, who beats us up, but is ultimately trying to keep us out of trouble. Reorienting and unburdening the inner child who might have messed up at some things that the inner critic is protecting can be life changing. And those are just two parts for example's sake...
