Jeff is a practitioner and teacher of yang style tai chi, a consummate martial arts pratitioner. currently training as a shodan within united ryukyu kempo alliance with focus on okinawan kobudo weapon kata and arts. He holds a master of science degree in Chinese Medicine and has studied the New Biology Curriculum with Tom Cowan and team.
